Braemar Seascope Group PLC21 February 2005 Braemar Seascope Group plc ("Braemar") Issue of Equity pursuant to the acquisition of Seawise The Board of Braemar is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement of10 February 2005 the consideration shares to be issued pursuant to theacquisition of Seawise Australia Pty Ltd ("Seawise"), a privately ownedshipbroking business based in Australia is agreed at 833,898 new ordinaryshares. Application will be made to the UK Listing Authority for 833,898 new ordinaryshares of 10 pence each in the capital of Braemar to be admitted to the OfficialList of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange'smarket for listed securities. It is expected that admission will take placeand dealings will commence in such new ordinary shares on 25 February 2005.Following this there will be 19,453,316 ordinary shares in issue.
