Braemar Shipping Services plc (LSE: BMS), a leading international provider of broking, consultancy, technical and other services to the shipping, marine, energy, offshore and insurance industries, announces that it was informed on 25 January 2017 that, on the same day, the wife of Jurgen Breuer, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 241p per share.
