Braemar Shipping Services plc (LSE: BMS), a leading international provider of broking, consultancy, technical and other services to the shipping, marine, energy, offshore and insurance industries, announces that it was informed on 27 January 2017 that, on the same day, Alastair Farley, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 247.5p per share.
