Braemar Seascope Group PLC19 January 2005 For immediate release 19 January 2005 Braemar Seascope Group plc ("the Company") Appointment of Non Executive Director The board of Braemar Seascope Group plc, today announces the appointment ofDavid Moorhouse as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Mr. Moorhousewill also serve on the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees of theCompany. Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, commented: "I am delighted that David is joiningthe Company as a non-executive director. Mr. Moorhouse, aged 57, is currently Executive Chairman of Lloyd's Register, oneof the World's leading Classification Societies. Until recently Mr. Moorhousewas an advisor on technology exports to the DTI and deputy chairman of the UK'sFoundation for Science and Technology. Formally he was Chairman and ChiefExecutive Officer of Kvaerner Process, Chairman and Chief Executive ofTrafalgar, John Brown and a director of John Brown Plc.
