Directorate Changes
The Company is pleased to announce that Antony (Tony) Gardner-Hillman has joined the board as a non-executive Director with immediate effect.
Horacio Furman and Mark Wainwright did not stand for re-election as directors of the Company at the AGM held today and accordingly step down from the Board with immediate effect.

Tony Gardner-Hillman resigned from Brian Hill Haulage & Plant Hire Limited on 03 March 2007 and the company went into administration on 12 October 2007. The company was dissolved in March 2012. The unsecured creditors totalled an estimated £919,017.
He was a director of Blue Swan Insurance (Jersey) Limited which went into liquidation on 28 April 2006. The quantified losses amounted to an estimated £898,631.
He is currently a director of Evreux Holdings Limited, J.C.N. Investments (Jersey) Limited and Anthony Investments (Esplanade) Limited which are currently in liquidation. He is currently a director of ACP Capital Limited which is in summary winding-up.
There are no other matters which are required to be announced pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
