Lemur Resources - Top 20 Shareholders
Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM: BMN), a diversified mineral development company with projects in Africa, advises of the announcement lodged today on the Australian Stock Exchange by Lemur Resources Limited (ASX: LMR) ("Lemur") regarding the close of Bushveld's off-market takeover offer ("Takeover Offer") in respect of all the ordinary shares in Lemur.

Bushveld closed the Takeover Offer on Friday, 01 November 2013 at 17:00 Perth, Western Australian time, resulting in Bushveld acquiring 104,697,097 fully paid ordinary Lemur shares, being a 54.39% interest in the Company.
Following the close of the Takeover Offer and in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.4.2, Lemur today provided the following:
a) A distribution schedule for the ordinary shares in the Company; and
b) The names, number and percentage of ordinary shares held by the top 20 Shareholders of the Company.

Bushveld Minerals Limited is a mineral development company with a portfolio of iron, tin and coal assets in Southern Africa. The Company owns the Bushveld Iron Ore Project and Mokopane Tin Project, both located on the northern limb of the Bushveld Complex, South Africa. In addition, Bushveld has a controlling 54.39% interest in ASX Lemur Resources that owns the Imaloto coal project in Madagascar.
Bushveld was admitted to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange in March 2012.
