DIRECTOR DEALINGS
The Company has been informed that Susan Searle, Non-Executive Director, purchased 8,800 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in Benchmark ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 54.3 pence per share for her Individual Savings Account ("ISA") on 30 November 2020. Susan also purchased 3,500 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in Benchmark Ordinary Shares at a price of 56.75 pence per share for her ISA on 1 December 2020.
The Company has also been informed that Fraser Searle, the husband of Susan Searle, purchased 14,200 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in Benchmark Ordinary Shares at a price of 54.25 pence per share on 30 November 2020.
Following this transaction, Susan Searle, together with her husband, has a total beneficial interest in the Company of 224,625 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
