Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with Paragraph 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the 'Company') notifies the market of the following:

As at the close of business on 30 June 2026, the Company had 496,311,507 Ordinary shares in issue, of which 69,583,327 were held in Treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company was 426,728,180.

The above figure (426,728,180) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
