Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at the close of business on 31 July 2023, the Company had 396,279,533 Ordinary shares in issue, of which 34,166,747 were held in Treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company was 362,112,786.

The above figure (362,112,786) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
