The Company was notified on 18 March 2024 that Graham McDonald, Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 2,049 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company, through participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 55.40 pence per Ordinary share.
