Directorate change
The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") hereby announces that Ian Orrock has notified the Board of his intention to retire as non-executive Director and Senior Independent Director of the Company. It has been agreed that Mr Orrock's retirement will take effect from 1 May 2020.
We would like to thank Mr Orrock for his huge contribution to the Board of this Company and the Baronsmead family over the past nine years and wish him well in all his pursuits.
Following Mr Orrock's retirement, Mr Malcolm Groat will be appointed as Senior Independent Director of the Company, with effect from 1 May 2020.
Other than as set out above, there are no items requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13 of the UKLA's Listing Rules.
