Board Change
Bowleven plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Jack Arnoff to the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Jack has a wealth of knowledge and experience in investment and asset management. He has played a key role in product development and marketing of emerging markets products. He currently holds the position of co-founder and Partner at Elbrus Capital Partners LLP and Portfolio Manager for ECP Emerging Europe Value Fund. Jack has an intimate understanding of the sector and key relationships with relevant institutions that will bode well for supporting Bowleven as it seeks both project financing and Final Investment Decision on Etinde.
Commenting on the appointment, Bowleven's CEO, Eli Chahin, said:
