Block Admission Update
Bowleven plc ("Bowleven" or the "Company") announces, in connection with its block admission originally announced on 8 May 2018, that all share options issued pursuant to its Approved CSOP Scheme and Schedule 4 CSOP Scheme, have now either been exercised or lapsed. As such, the Company's block admission in respect of a residual amount of 659,526 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") will be cancelled, with no further Ordinary Shares having been issued since its block admission return released on 9 May 2024.
The Company's issued share capital as at today remains unchanged with a total of 1,897,772,933 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company holds 11,913,609 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,885,859,324. This number should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation of notifiable interests in, or changes to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
