PDMR Dealing
The Company has been notified that on 5 September 2022 Jon Di- Stefano, non-executive director (and Chairman with effect from 30 September 2022) purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at 225p per share. Mr Di-Stefano now holds 10,000 shares in Belvoir representing 0.03 per cent. of the issued share capital.
Further details are set out below in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation which is part of English law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
