Dealing by Director
The Company has been notified that 1.25m existing ordinary shares of 1p each, representing 5.21 per cent of Belvoir's issued share capital have today been sold to a number new and existing institutional investors at 115p per share on behalf of the Chairman, Mike Goddard, to help satisfy institutional demand.
Following this sale, Mike Goddard remains beneficially interested in 7,723,922 ordinary shares, which represents 32.17 per cent of the issued share capital of the company. Mr Goddard has further undertaken not to sell further shares for a period of 12 months.
Commenting on the sale, Mike Goddard, Chairman and CEO of Belvoir said:
"I am delighted that we have further expanded Belvoir's shareholder base and improved liquidity. I will continue to hold 32.17 per cent of Belvoir. I am delighted by its performance and remain fully committed to its further development. As such I have undertaken not to sell any further shares for a period of 12 months."
