Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

Regenersis plc (RGS.L) is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company, held earlier today, the special resolution to reduce the Company's share premium account by £8,551,000 and eliminate the deficit on the Company's profit and loss account, was duly passed. This is subject to court approval which is expected by the end of June 2008.
