Regenersis plc (LSE: RGS.L), a leading provider of after sales product support services to many of the world's premier technology brands, is pleased to announce that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2008 ("Annual Report") has been posted to shareholders.
The Annual Report is available to view on the Group's website: www.regenersisplc.com, as dispatched to shareholders of the Group, and also available from the Group's registered office located at 4 Elm Place, Old Witney Road, Eynsham, Oxfordshire, OX29 4BD.
The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Group will be held at 12.00 noon on 17 November 2008 at the offices of Financial Dynamics, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, London, WC2A 1PB.
