Director/PDMR Shareholding

Regenersis plc, a strategic outsourcing partner to many of the world's leading consumer technology companies, received notification today of the following director dealing in the ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Shares").

On 29 June 2011, Jeremy Wilson, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 10,000 Shares. The purchase price of these shares was 73.4975 pence per Share.

Jeremy Wilson now has a resultant holding of 60,000 ordinary shares equating to 0.13 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
