Regenersis PLC07 March 2008 This announcement replaces the Directors Holdings in Company announcementreleased on the RNS system on the RNS no 4996P on 6 March 2008. An amendment hasbeen made to points (i) and (ii). The price dealt at by Gary Stokes and DavidKelham was 58 pence per share and not 52 pence per share.
