EADS Defence & Security selects Regenersis for TETRA support in the United Kingdom
First-line support for public safety organizations in the United Kingdom
Responsiveness in service delivery for the users of EADS devices
EADS Defence & Security (DS) have chosen Regenersis (LSE: RGS) as partner in the United Kingdom to provide first-line support for emergency services and public safety organizations using TETRA radios for mission critical communication.
Regenersis will provide the repair, parts management, product customisation, warranty validation, contact centre support, and asset tracking of TETRA radios for the users of nationwide Airwave network. Regenersis will also be responsible for the secure end-of-life recycling of the devices in the UK.
