Board Change
The Board of Regenersis plc (AIM:RGS) ("Regenersis" or the "Group"), a strategic outsourcing partner to many of the world's leading consumer technology companies, announces the appointment of Jog Dhody as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr Dhody will replace current Chief Financial Officer, Jeremy Wilson, who plans to step down from his position at the next Board meeting. Mr Wilson will stay with the Group until 30 April 2012 in order to effect a smooth transition to Mr Dhody who joins the Group today.
Jog Dhody has significant financial management experience, particularly within ambitious, growth oriented businesses. Mr Dhody was most recently Chief Financial Officer of the Esporta Group: a position he held for four years. During that time, Mr Dhody played a key role in the successful restructuring and turnaround of the business, which had been the subject of a private equity backed refinancing, and the ultimate sale of the operating business to Virgin Active in April 2011 for £77.8m and the sale of the Property company to British Land in July 2011 for £178m. Prior to this, Mr Dhody was Financial Controller of Phones4u Group.
