CRC Group PLC24 January 2007 24 January 2007 CRC Group plc ("CRC" or the "Company") Board changes, change of Nominated Adviser and cancellation of trading on AIM As announced earlier today the offer for CRC by Fonebak plc ("Fonebak") has beendeclared unconditional in all respects. Consequently, as stated in the offerdocument posted on 19 December 2006, the CRC non-executive directors (namely JanAstrand, David Bird, Robert Gogel and Pat Thompson) have resigned from the CRCBoard with immediate effect. In addition David Kelham (Chief Financial Officer)has also resigned. Arthur Rupert Crocker (aged 45) (currently Group Finance Director of Fonebakplc) is appointed to the Board of CRC with immediate effect.
