AGM STATEMENT AND DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Blancco Technology Group Plc (AIM: BLTG, "Blancco"), a leading global provider of mobile device diagnostics and secure data erasure solutions, today issues an update ahead of its AGM to be held at 12.00noon at the offices of Shakespeare Martineau, 60 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0HR.
Trading update
The Board is pleased to report that trading continues to be strongly ahead of the same period last year and is in line with market expectations.
Directorate change
The Company also announces that, after six years in the role, Matthew Peacock has advised the Board of his intention to step down as Chairman and from the Board upon the appointment of his successor.
The process of appointing a new Chairman is well advanced and is being managed by the senior independent director. The new appointment is expected in the first quarter of calendar year 2017.
