C.H. Bailey Plc (the "Group") regrets to announce the death Sir William McAlpine Bt., Non-Executive Director of the Group, who passed away on 4 March 2018 after a period of illness.

Charles Bailey, Chief Executive of the Group, commented: "On behalf of all the Board, I extend our deepest sympathy to his family and friends at this very difficult time. Sir William was a great friend and mentor to everyone in the Group. He made a valuable contribution to the Board and will be missed by all at C.H. Bailey."
