Director Dealing
The Company was informed on December 18, 2012 that on that date, Phipps & Company, LLC acquired 200,000 common shares of par value $0.59446 ("Common Shares") at an average price of 4.0 pence per share. Following this purchase, Phipps & Company LLC is interested in 16,203,860 Common Shares representing 5.78 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
Mr. Norman M. Phipps, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, is the owner of Phipps & Company, LLC.
