New Director

Bidstack's board reinforced by Electronic Arts veteran

As announced on 1 July 2021, Bidstack Group Plc (AIM: BIDS.L), the native in-game advertising platform, is pleased to confirm the appointment of Bryan Neider to the board as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from the Admission of its New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM this morning.

Bryan, a Certified Public Accountant, is a technology, media and gaming veteran who will add a great deal of global, operational and business development experience to the management team. He was appointed to the Bidstack Advisory Committee in October 2019.

He brings more than 25 years of experience during his tenure at Electronic Arts, a global leader in digital interactive entertainment. He served a variety of leadership roles including managing global business development, EA Partners, corporate finance and CFO and COO for EA.com, CFO of Worldwide Studios, COO for EA's global development organisation and SVP of Global Operations.

Bryan currently serves as the CEO of AbilityPath, a renowned 100-year-old organisation that creates opportunities for greater independence for children, youth and adults through empowering them through diverse, individualised education and support services.

He also serves on several not-for-profit boards, is a founding board member for Santa Clara University's Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and is an advisory board member for the College of Business and Economics at California State University. In addition, he serves of the boards of three technology start-ups and has been an advisor to a venture capital fund in Silicon Valley.

Bryan Neider is currently the holder of options over 400,000 Ordinary Shares exercisable at 18.5 pence per share. As announced on 2 July 2021, Mr. Neider has subscribed for 750,000 New Ordinary Shares of Bidstack as part of the Fundraise.

There is no further information on Bryan Neider required to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) (i)-(viii) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
