Be Heard Group plc, the digital marketing group, hereby notifies the market that, on 26 May 2016, Rodger Sargent, Non-Executive of the Company, purchased 2,419,355 shares in the Company at a price of 3.1p pence per share. This purchase results in Rodger Sargent being interested in a total of 8,151,355 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 1.25 % of the 652,185,161 ordinary shares in the Company currently in issue.
