As at the close of business on 30 September 2023, the unaudited net asset value per Euro Ordinary Share of Blackstone Loan Financing Limited ("BGLF") is as set out below:

(1) As at 30 September 2023, using an exchange rate of EUR 1: GBP 0.8666. The GBP equivalent of the unaudited net asset value per Euro Ordinary Share has been presented for information purposes only.

Within the BGLF monthly report, you will also find supplementary valuation information for the Company's NAV, where CLO Income Note valuations are shown using both a 'mark to model' and 'mark to market' approach, both of which have been provided by our third party valuation agent. This comparison has historically been shared twice per year within our annual and interim reports, and is now included on a more frequent quarterly basis, positioned on page 5 of the monthly report.
