The following amendments have been made to the Directorate Change announcement released on 22 June 2017 at 07.00am under RNS No 8048I.
The name Blackstone / GSO Debt Funds Management Europe Limited was incorrect and has been corrected to Blackstone / GSO Debt Funds Europe Limited.
All other details remain unchanged.

Blackstone / GSO Loan Financing Limited (the "Company")Directorate Change
The Company announces that Philip Austin MBE, a non-executive director of the Company, has given notice that with effect from 30 September 2017 he will be stepping down from his role on the board of directors of the Company.
Philip is also a director of Blackstone / GSO Debt Funds Europe Limited and will continue in this role.
The Board would like to thank Philip for his contribution and wish him every success in his future endeavours.
