Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

The Company is required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse (the "Market Abuse Regulations") to make public transactions by its persons discharging managerial responsibilities and, because the Company's home Member State is the Netherlands, has to date made those transactions public via the Netherlands' Authority for Financial Markets, being the relevant competent authority for the purposes of the Market Abuse Regulations.

Notwithstanding that regulatory requirement and compliance therewith, the Company announces that it has decided on a voluntary basis that it will henceforth for the ease of reference of market participants in the United Kingdom also make public such dealings via a regulatory information service.

The Company therefore announces the following transaction by Mr Andrew Henton, a director of the Company.

Following this purchase, Mr Henton holds 6,000 Ordinary Sterling Shares, representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
