Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Aktietorget: BEO), the mineral exploration and development company, focused on the Kallak magnetite iron ore project and the Åtvidaberg polymetallic exploration licence in Sweden, and its graphite portfolio in Finland, announces that as at 31 January 2018, there are 312,543,135 Swedish Depository Receipts issued representing 58.51 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The remaining issued share capital of the Company is held in the UK as AIM securities.
