BEGBIES TRAYNOR GROUP PLC DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

The Company was informed today, that Mr R G McInnes, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased 18,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p in the company at a price of 138p per share.

Following this transaction Mr McInnes is deemed to have a beneficial interest in a total of 855,704 shares, of which 666,672 are held by Mrs M A McInnes and the remainder of 189,032 are held in his SIPP. Mr McInnes's holding represents 1.06% of the total shares in issue which are currently 80,872,681 Ordinary Shares of 5p.
