Satisfaction of an exchange notice over 101,945 ESS Shares by the issue of 101,945 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 61.50 pence. The ESS Shares have been exercised using the closing price on 20 March 2019 of 61.50 pence and satisfied by the issue of Ordinary Shares within the 30 day time period prescribed in the relevant scheme rules. This has resulted in the issue and allotment of 101,945 fully paid Ordinary Shares for which the Company has applied to AIM for listing and which upon admission will rank pari passu with the Company's other Ordinary Shares.
