Publication of a Supplement to the Base Prospectus dated 3 March 2016
The Company announces that it has published a Supplement (the "Supplement") to the base prospectus dated 3 March 2016 (the "Base Prospectus") in relation to its US$180 million programme (the "Programme") for the issuance of bonds (the "Bonds").
The Supplement has been approved by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets on 10 February 2017 and has been published. A request has been made for passporting the approved Supplement to the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority.
