Publication of a Supplement
to the Base Prospectus dated 3 March 2016
The Company announces that it has published a Supplement (the Supplement) to the base prospectus dated 3 March 2016 (the Base Prospectus) in relation to its updated US$180 million programme (the Programme) for the issuance of Bonds (the Bonds).
The Supplement has been approved by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets on 24 March 2016 and is available for viewing. A request has been made for passporting the approved Supplement to the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority.
