Better Capital PCC Limited (the "Company") is reporting that BECAP12 Fund LP (the "2012 Fund") has provided further funding to Hillary Bidco Limited ("Everest"), the holding company of Everest Limited.

The 2012 Fund has committed a further £5 million to Everest to fund continuing business improvements and restructuring requirements.
