TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL - REPLACEMENT
The following amendments have been made to the "Total Voting Rights and Capital" announcement released on 1 August 2024 at 7am under RNS No 6599Y. The number of voting rights in the Company was changed from 461,183,362 to 459,057,205. All other text remains unchanged.

In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, Bellevue Healthcare Trust plc (the "Company") notifies the market of the following:
On 31 July 2024, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 478,987,196 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each, of that amount 19,929,991 Ordinary Shares were held in Treasury and 459,057,205 Ordinary Shares were in circulation.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 459,057,205 (the 'Figure').
The Figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
For the purposes of the Transparency Directive the Company's Home Member State is the United Kingdom.
