Total Voting Rights Update

BBGI SICAV S.A. ("BBGI" or the "Company") announces that, following the Additional Listing announcement dated 26 June 2014 that application had been made for 342,922 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange, and the subsequent Admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority on 27 June 2014, as at 30 June 2014 the total voting rights in respect of the Company are now 425,916,568.

Accordingly, the current issued share capital consists of 425,916,568 ordinary shares of no par value with voting rights. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
