Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 19 May 2020 of the following transactions by Duncan Ball and Frank Schramm, Co-CEOs of the Company (together, the "Co-CEOs").
· On 19 May 2020, Duncan Ball sold 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 162.80 pence per Ordinary Share. Duncan Ball now holds 509,581 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
· On 19 May 2020, Frank Schramm sold 219,240 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 162.80 pence per Ordinary Share. Frank Schramm now holds 500,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
The sale of these shares is being undertaken to pay tax and for personal portfolio planning purposes.
Together the Co-CEOs now hold 1,009,581 shares in the Company, which is approximately 200% of their current salaries, and remain totally committed to the long term success of BBGI.
The Supervisory Board of BBGI has approved these transactions and believes there continues to be strong alignment between the Management Board and shareholders as a result of the existing remuneration structure.
