Further to the announcement of 1 May 2013 advising the appointment of Mr Michael Denny to the Management Board of the Company with effect from 30 April 2013, and the associated retirement of Mr Arne Speer, and in compliance with LR 9.6.13, the Company sets out below details required under LR 9.6.13 (3):
§ Filing for Formal Insolvency Proceedings on 9 January 2012 pursuant to the dispositions of Article 437 et seq. of the Luxembourg Code of Commerce, arising from an inability to obtain refinancing due to the decrease in value of two development sites which ultimately resulted in the loss of creditworthiness and cessation of payments to creditors, of the following 3 Luxembourg Companies:
o Bishops Avenue S.à r.l. (B0130135)
o Canons Close S.à r.l. (B0130138)
o RIL II Hornbeams S.à r.l. (B0130134)
The Insolvency Proceedings continue.
The Company confirms that there are no other details in respect of Mr Denny as required under LR 9.6.13 that need to be disclosed.
