Bigblu Broadband plc (AIM: BBB.L), a leading provider of alternative superfast and ultrafast broadband solutions throughout Australasia and the Nordics, announces that the Company has been informed that certain investment vehicles connected with Christopher Mills, Non-Executive Director have purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 41.45p per Ordinary Share on 16 February 2024.
Following the purchase, Christopher Mills and the investment vehicles connected with him are interested in 15,300,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 26.13% of the Company's issued share capital.
