Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Bagir (AIM: BAGR), a designer, creator and provider of innovative tailoring, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 ("Annual Report") together with a Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting and associated documents ("Notice of AGM") will today be posted to shareholders.
Bagir also announces that its annual general meeting will be held on 6 June 2016 at 9 am at the offices of N+1 Singer, One Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AX.
Copies of the Annual Report is available and the Notice of AGM will shortly be available from the Company's website, www.bagir.com, in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
