The Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on April 25, 2026, has designated the following officials of the Bank as Senior Management Personnel:
a) Sanjeev Moghe, Head Branch Banking, South with effect from April 25, 2026.
b) Avinash Raghavendra, Head IT and Retail Operations with effect from April 25, 2026.
The details required pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure A.

Prior to joining Axis Bank in 2018, he held senior leadership roles at Citigroup and Bajaj Finance.
He is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta and holds a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Bombay. | Avinash Raghavendra is President and Head of Information Technology and Retail Operations at Axis Bank. With nearly three decades at the Bank, he has led enterprise‑wide technology and operations portfolios, focusing on modernising core banking platforms, strengthening digital and payments infrastructure, and building operational resilience at scale.
He holds a Master's degree in Information Management and a Master's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). |
