CHANGE IN BOARD OF DIRECTORS - AXIS BANK
Shri J. R. Varma retired by rotation at the 17th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Bank held on 17/06/2011. He was not reappointed as a Director, as he had expressed his desire not to be re-appointed as a Director. Accordingly, he has ceased to be a Director of the Bank at the conclusion of the 17th Annual General Meeting held on 17/06/2011.
