AVEVA Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Claire Denton as Company Secretary. Claire joined in June 2015 as Group Legal Counsel. She is a qualified solicitor and a member of ICSA.
Claire succeeds David Ward, the Company's current Head of Finance and Company Secretary, who remains as Head of Finance.
