AVEVA Group plc (the "Company") will be holding its Annual General Meeting today at 11.00 a.m. The AGM will be a closed meeting, whilst satisfying the minimum quorum of shareholders as stated in the Company's articles of association.
The Company will issue a trading update to coincide with Schneider Electric's half-year results on 29 July 2020.
