CareCapital plc (AIM: CARE), the healthcare real estate developer and owner, was notified on 28 May 2010 by Mr Trevor Brown that following a purchase of shares on Friday 28 May 2010 he has a beneficial interest in 19,321,666 ordinary shares in CareCapital, which represents circa 25.06% of the Company's current issued share capital.

7,565,000 ordinary shares are held directly and 11,666,666 ordinary shares are held indirectly, by Free Association Books of which Mr Trevor Brown is the sole beneficial owner.
