Drawdown of Loan Facility

The Board of CareCapital, the healthcare real estate developer and owner, is pleased to announce that following the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting yesterday in which all resolutions presented to shareholders as set out in the notice attached to the Company's circular dated 3 October 2008 were duly passed, the drawdown of the £4 million loan facility provided to the Company by Dr Michael Sinclair and the granting of 26,666,667 warrants to certain parties including Dr Michael Sinclair, Paul Stacey and Steve Wilden, being the three executive directors of the Company, has today been completed.
