Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of CareCapital Group plc (AIM: CARE), announces that it received notification on 21 January 2009 from Mr Paul Stacey, Chief Executive Officer, that on 30 March 2007, 4,238,364 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company representing 5.52% of the Company's issued share capital that are beneficially owned by Mr. Stacey but registered in the name of Sinclair Montrose Trust Limited("SMT") and held under a Deed of Trust by SMT were pledged to Bank Leumi as part of the security on the bank facilities extended to SMT.
No other director of the Company has granted security over or entered into any financial instructions relating to any of their holdings of Ordinary Shares in the Company.
