Director/PDMR Shareholding
Advanced Oncotherapy (AIM:AVO), the developer of LIGHT, the next-generation proton therapy system for cancer treatment, announces that, on 29 December 2022, Michael Bradfield, Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 500,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 13.165 pence per share. Following this purchase, Michael Bradfield has a total beneficial interest in 8,354,240 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 1.55 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
Further details and the information required in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014 are set out at the end of this announcement.
